About

I work where AI agents meet real constraints. My days split between running Hermes, an orchestration layer pushing ~100M tokens/day across Ollama Cloud, OpenAI, MiniMax, and Mimo, and building data systems for healthcare on the Andaman & Nicobar Islands: CGHS medicine-price lookups, NPPA/DPCO rate RAG bots, NABL accreditation automation, offline-first lab inventory tools.

The island context forces solutions that cannot assume uptime, bandwidth, or second chances. Everything I ship runs on infrastructure I maintain, Hostinger VPS, Docker, Cloudflare tunnels, because "someone else's cloud" is not a plan when the undersea cable flickers.

RAG bots and scrapers that query Indian government medicine-price databases (CGHS, NPPA, DPCO) and lab-rate schedules. Returns structured answers, not links.
